Key Responsibilities
1. Personal & Life Administration
- Manage personal errands, appointments, and commitments (medical, banking, documentation,
renewals, etc.)
- Handle personal travel planning (itineraries, bookings, changes, follow-ups)
- Track important dates, reminders, and obligations (personal & family-related)
- Coordinate household-related tasks, vendors, and services as required
- Act as a trusted executor for sensitive, time-critical personal matters

2. Professional Support & Day-to-Day Enablement
- Be the COO’s right hand for execution, not strategy
- Manage follow-ups, reminders, and action tracking from meetings or discussions
