Executive/ Sr Executive - R&D

Job Description:

• Lab-Scale Development & Batching: Prepare exact bench-scale prototypes based on development guidelines, executing raw material blending, pigment additions, and baseline property adjustments.

• Accelerated Stability Tracking: Set up, record, and track physical stability tests across multiple temperature points, compiling regular data logs for viscosity, pH, and appearance profiles.

• Claims Documentation & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external clinical testing houses to deliver sample formulas, track progress, and collect testingdocumentation for claims substantiation.

• New Texture Vendor Exploration: Search for and connect with raw material suppliers to request novel texture ingredients, active raw samples, and safety datadocumentation.
