Executive Support
- Manage and maintain schedule of Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director and ensure that he/she is prepared beforehand
- Handle and screen all forms of correspondences, including calls, emails, faxes, post, etc. on behalf of Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director
- Conduct research, analysis on subject matters and advise Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director on appropriate responses and next steps
- Assist Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director in other aspects such as personal finance, social and community engagements
- Co-ordinate with senior managers on corporate activities
General Administration
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, proposals, presentations and other documents
- Document all correspondences neatly and securely, and ensure accessibility
- Organise and attend meetings, and record minutes
