Job Responsibilities
- Promote and professionally sell residential and commercial properties through sales campaigns, project launches, and marketing events.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Manage walk‑in and inquiry‑based customers.
- Handle administrative duties, maintain an updated customer database, and keep the sales suite clean and organized.
- Meet sales targets within specified timelines and generate regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Assist customers with the property purchasing process, including Sales & Purchase Agreements and loan procedures.
- Prepare for sales launches, marketing activities, and road shows.
- Promote public awareness on projects and entertain customers through walk‑ins, telephone enquiries, road shows, etc.
