• Coach, train and motivate retail assistants in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at retail outlets;
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and answer guest queries on store/ park related matters;
• Actively acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable merchandise to guests;
