Executive Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to support hiring efforts within Workplace Health & Safety. This role is heavily focused on sourcing Director and senior-level leadership talent across a national network. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive sourcing expertise, the ability to engage passive talent, and a high-touch approach to candidate management. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively source and engage passive Director and senior-level candidates across the U.S., with a focus on Workplace Health & Safety and related functions
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
• Conduct in-depth candidate qualification calls to assess leadership experience, alignment, and readiness for executive-level roles
