About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to drive high-level executive searches from spark to hire. This role is strictly 100% onsite in Valencia, Spain and requires candidates who can relocate to Spain.

Attract Top Talent: You will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition department, ensuring we bring in the best candidates from around the globe. Your responsibilities include the entire recruitment process—from posting vacancies and hunting for candidates to conducting interviews and managing onboarding. You will also handle the evaluation of professional skills and soft skills and maintain candidates' progress in our system.
