What You'll Do:
• Manage executive priorities, calendars, travel, communications, and key business initiatives
• Prepare executive briefings, meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up actions
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and leadership initiatives across the organization
• Support executive communications with board members, investors, customers, and partners
• Lead day-to-day office operations for our Dallas headquarters
• Handle highly confidential business and personnel matters with discretion and sound judgment
