Job Summary

The Executive – Purchase is responsible for executing procurement activities for mechanical components, raw materials, and engineering consumables to ensure uninterrupted production. The role includes purchase order processing, supplier coordination, MRP-based planning, ERP transactions, inventory monitoring, and supporting cost-effective procurement while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for mechanical materials, engineering components, and consumables based on approved purchase requisitions and MRP requirements.
  
• Follow up with suppliers for order acknowledgements, production status, delivery schedules, and timely material receipt.
