JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for executing and processing MMHE SCM’s Project Material Management Department in daily operations for material management, inventory management and surplus/scrap management in meeting the divisional business goals and compliance to procurement policies, procedures and guidelines as well as to fully utilise resources within budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and monitor departmental plans, strategies, and initiatives to reduce operating costs and improve material management and logistics operations.
• Assist in managing the department’s budget to ensure expenses remain within the approved allocation.
• Track and report departmental performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement through benchmarking and best practices.
