Executive - Programme (TOUCH Caregiver Support)

To work with caregivers towards peace of mind and freedom to live the life they aspire. This is done through partnership with caregivers, volunteers, and internal/external stakeholders to deliver programmes and services using a caregiver‑centric approach.

Scope of Caregivers Support : Provide support to caregivers and families of older persons, persons with special needs and mental health conditions.

Programme Development, Implementation, and Evaluation

• Plan, publicise and conduct caregiver support programmes (e.g., talks & workshops, Carer Lighthouse, Care Line).
• Facilitate talks, workshops and group programmes in a strength‑based and caregiver‑centric approach.
• Monitor attendance, collect feedback, and support impact evaluation to improve service quality.
