Hiring: Executive Personal Assistant – Founder’s Office
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Work Type: Full-time, Remote
Working Hours: Aligned primarily with Dubai business hours
Experience Required: 2–5 years
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days
We are looking for a highly organised, dependable and persistent Executive Personal Assistant to support a Dubai-based entrepreneur managing businesses in the UAE and India.
This is not a routine secretarial role.
The selected candidate will act as the Founder’s central coordination and follow-up point—organising priorities, tracking assigned work, managing meetings, preparing reports, coordinating with teams and ensuring that important matters are completed within deadlines.
