Executive - Materials Planning

Responsibilities

• Maximizing production capacity utilization through capacity planning, master production scheduling, and daily production scheduling.
• Expediting production to meet customer orders and ensuring the schedule meets customer requirements.
• Co‑ordinating resources to achieve target output.
• Following up on sorting activity to ensure that finished goods (FG) after sorting cover customer requirements or planning for re‑production.
• Controlling inventory through scheduling.
• Reviewing the Bill of Materials for any new additions or amendments.
• Chairing meetings and liaising with engineering, production, and quality departments on approval/production of new models and ECN changes.
• Co‑ordinating headcount requirements for production and involving in manpower planning.
• Monitoring daily schedule versus output to ensure timely production output and zero missed delivery.
