(What the role is) We are looking for a resourceful and service-oriented individual to join the Memorial Services and Operations Division which oversees the operation and maintenance of Government cemeteries, crematoria and columbaria. You will be stationed at a Mandai Crematorium and will play a key role in providing after-death care service. (What you will be working on) You Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Lead and manage the maintenance team of the crematorium to achieve optimal maintenance standard.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance and overhaul programmes for the crematorium facilities and equipment
- Manage operations for special annual festivals such as Qing Ming.
- Review and monitor cremation processes to enhance productivity and service standards.
- Handle and manage feedback/appeals from members of public.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
