Executive Management Program Trainee

Purpose of the Role: This is a fast-track leadership development program designed to groom future leaders for Zuellig Pharma. The program involves a 2+1-year rotational period across various business units and markets in Asia. Trainees will work on high-impact projects, receive direct mentorship from executive leadership, and are expected to propose and drive process improvements.
