Position Overview
Executive IT Support – On‑Site, Los Angeles, CA
Full‑time position; 5 days per week on site. 30% travel, including some international travel; passport required.
Responsibilities- Provide expert hardware and software support for Windows, Apple, and mobile devices.
- Determine audio and video requirements prior to events such as Board meetings, earnings calls, and all‑employee meetings.
- Transport, set up, and connect all equipment for live events.
- Test equipment to ensure proper connection and confirm redundant connectivity.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Analyze problems and follow troubleshooting steps to identify root causes.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines while supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously.
