Responsibilities
- Provide first line support to in‑house user by resolving application‑related warehouse & inventory issues promptly and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve system stability.
- Oversee the daily performance of communications and system.
- Monitor and respond to support requests via phone, email and ticketing system.
- Ensure all support requests are logged, tracked and properly documented.
- Provide advice, training and technical assistance in a timely manner.
- Liaise between local/international warehouse, outlets and external vendor when they have new requirements.
- Participate in project implementation, new version releases and application testing.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
