Executive, IT Business Application (Warehouse & Inventory)

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to in‑house user by resolving application‑related warehouse & inventory issues promptly and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve system stability.
• Oversee the daily performance of communications and system.
• Monitor and respond to support requests via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Ensure all support requests are logged, tracked and properly documented.
• Provide advice, training and technical assistance in a timely manner.
• Liaise between local/international warehouse, outlets and external vendor when they have new requirements.
• Participate in project implementation, new version releases and application testing.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or any related field.
