Key Accountabilities
Stakeholder Management
- Build collaborative and trusting personal relationships with employees, addressing any concerns, queries and grievances that may arise.
- Monitor the sentiment on the ground, highlighting any potential issues to the Manager HRBP or management that might require intervention.
- Support & participate in Employee Engagement events.
Recruitment
- Monitor and track vacancies to ensure all vacant positions are filled.
- Plan and manage recruitment need by identifying the sourcing channels (i.e., advertisement in the media, via recruitment agencies, etc.) for all vacant positions to attract potential talents.
- Implement the whole recruitment activities from assessment, negotiation, offering, and onboarding for both internal and external recruitment.
