Job Description

A highly reputable Mining Company based in the North West Province, has the perfect opportunity for an Executive HR Manager Mining with extensive mining experience. The role will report directly to the Chief Executive: Rustenburg Operations and will have a functional reporting line to the Executive: Human Resources to provide world class HR services to the Rustenburg Operations.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Degree in HR

•MBA /MBL (Honours) related leadership qualification (NQF 8)

•10 - 15 Years Senior Human Resource Management experience

•5 years’ experience at an Executive HR level
