Job Objective
Executive Housekeeper functions as a strategic business leader of a hotel's housekeeping operations. The position ensures housekeeping operations meet the brand’s standards, hygiene and safety standards, targets customer needs, ensures associate engagement and development, focuses on growing revenues, maximizes financial performance of the department and oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement departmental strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer, resulting in creating an iconic and profitable hotel.
- Monitor cost and budgets for the department; prepare departmental budgets based on occupancy projections and estimate supplies needed.
- Review spends against budgets on a monthly basis and allocate future spends based on business needs.
