Job Purpose: To own and deliver the Branch network strategy and financial goals and lead and manage business development for the UAE as well as managing all aspects related to the Branch network ensuring the delivery of service excellence, continuous improvement and the achievement of significant net business growth.

To manage the Branch network and develop business strategies which will deliver the results outlined by the Bank in terms of sales and profitability.
