Executive Guarantee Claim

This role resides under MISC Marine (the Integrated Marine Services arm of MISC Group).

Key Accountabilities

1. Guarantee Claim Administration & Coordination

• Coordinate the end-to-end Guarantee Claim (GC) process in accordance with the Shipbuilding Contract (SBC), Ship Management Agreement, Company procedures, and established warranty management practices.
• Review Guarantee Claim submissions from Ship Managers and Vessel to ensure claims are complete, technically substantiated, and supported with adequate evidence prior/concurrent to submission to Builders.
• Register, classify, and maintain all Guarantee Claims within the central Guarantee Claim Register and SharePoint repository.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor Builder correspondence, technical clarifications, claim notifications, and follow-up communications on GC related to design or critical issues.
