Executive (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

Job Purpose

Execute PRefChem’s overall Cybersecurity Strategy & Architecture, Governance & Risk Management, Roadmap and Business Continuity. Support framework, controls and systems to keep PRefChem as much secure as possible to make a safe and secure environment which will result in high productivity with no disruption.

Key Accountabilities

• Establish and govern PRefChem cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and standards aligned to industry best practices and with regulatory, contractual, and internal governance requirements.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards (e.g. PDPA, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF).
• Implement security controls, risk frameworks, and compliance programs aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, including third party risk assessments and maintain the cyber risk register.
