Executive Fit-Out

Job Summary

To coordinate and manage all tenant fit‑out activities in the shopping mall, ensuring compliance with mall regulations, authority requirements, approved designs, and GreenRE / sustainability standards. The incumbent will liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal departments (Leasing, Marketing, Operations, and Security) to ensure smooth handover, fit‑out execution, operational readiness of premises, and support mall upgrading and enhancement projects, while enforcing energy efficiency and sustainability requirements at the tenant lot level.
