• Develop conceptual designs for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and space utilization analyses to optimize facility layouts and workflows.

Budgeting & Procurement

• Prepare project estimated budgets and ensure cost‑effective designs.
