Responsibilities
- Carry out design review of C&S and geotechnical design and analysis for coastal structures such as quay wall, port, jetty, revetment and land reclamation etc. for local and/or oversea projects
- Assist the Design Manager to coordinate, manage, and oversee all design related matters including:
- Ensure design coordination, document submission from Contractor is in accordance with the time schedule
- Ensure Instructions issued by Employers are co‑ordinated with the Contractors
- Study and review of submissions from the Contractors
- Resolve design discrepancies or technical conflicts which may arise from the Contractor while carrying out the construction works
- Co‑ordinate with Contract and Construction team and provide necessary information or correspondences on changes which deviate from the contract and may lead to time and cost implications.
