We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and visionary Executive Director to lead our new development in Tillsonburg, Ontario. Reporting to the Vice President, Long‑Term Care, the Executive Director will be a catalyst for positive change—driving operational excellence while championing a culture rooted in innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement. A key priority will be the development of strong community partnerships and the implementation of a robust recruitment strategy to support both the successful opening and long‑term sustainability of the home.
