Executive Director - Math and Science

Position Purpose

Leads the districtwide planning, execution, and performance management of K–12 Mathematics and Science to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction across all campuses. Directly oversees curriculum design and writing, lesson internalization systems, and instructional delivery aligned to the district's Instructional Framework and high-quality instructional materials (HQIM). Establishes and manages clear performance expectations to drive a high-performance culture across the department. Ensures tight coherence across curriculum, assessment, professional learning, and instructional supports to deliver measurable gains in student outcomes and meet state accountability expectations. Builds and executes systems that enable teachers, assistant principals, and principals to internalize and deliver rigorous, grade-level instruction with fidelity, ensuring equitable access and strong results for all students.
