Executive Director, Hematology Oncology Development

Incyte is seeking a Senior Director, Oncology Drug Development to design and execute clinical development strategies for oncology programs (Phase I–III). You will provide medical leadership across cross-functional teams, guide strategy and regulatory interactions, and oversee documentation for trials and regulatory submissions.

The role requires an MD/DO with 3–5 years in oncology drug development, strong communication skills, and a track record of leading complex programs in a matrixed setting.
