Executive Director, Global Creative Design

**Description**

This role is fully accountable for driving end to end creative design and execution for the Skincare category, including development of 360 campaigns across multiple platforms to support overall brand strategy and product positioning.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

+ Develop thoughtful, innovative 360 concepts across print and digital in line with brand strategy and campaign needs. Responsible for art direction across print and digital platforms. This includes but is not limited to hero ad, hero film, in⁃store, digital, print, pop⁃up stores, event concepts, VR opportunities, video, collateral, etc.
+ Responsible for creative concept, creative brief, shoot brief, on set art direction, and execution of all assets.
+ Participate in Creative briefings, and partner closely with Marketing to understand 360 campaign needs.
