Executive Director

At Cedarbrook Senior Living, we work hard every day to find out what “Celebrating Life Every Day!” means to our residents and their families, then we help them achieve these goals. We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director at our Rochester community.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the community and drives resident satisfaction, team member engagement, financial management and process management.
  • Champions the community vision, addresses strategic challenges and supports the implementation of strategic plans.
  • Ensure systems and processes are in place to continuously monitor quality of care, service delivery and regulatory compliance. 
  • Initiates and promotes an ongoing commitment to excellence in resident services through the Cedarbrook Service program.
