Executive Director, Engagement Lead, OD/OE COE

**Description**

The Executive Director, Engagement Lead is a senior leader within the Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence (OE CoE), responsible for leading high-impact organizational effectiveness engagements and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex transformation initiatives. This role helps enable enterprise strategy by translating organizational effectiveness principles into practical solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.

As a lead engagement owner, this position partners with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and COE stakeholders to design and deliver organizational design, operating model, and change solutions. The role establishes standards for engagement quality, stakeholder partnership, and delivery excellence across the OE portfolio.
