Executive Director - CCMR and Advanced Academics

Position Purpose

Provides leadership for the district's College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) and Advanced Academics portfolio, ensuring a coherent, outcomes-driven system that prepares all students for postsecondary success. Oversees the design, alignment, and performance of key divisions, including Career Pathways and Industry-Based Certifications; Early College, Dual Credit, and TSI Readiness; Advanced Academics and Gifted and Talented; and JROTC and Military Readiness.

Ensures all programs are aligned to state accountability expectations and Outcomes-Based Funding (OBF), and that students are intentionally placed into rigorous pathways, persist, and successfully complete them. Drives systemwide coherence across programs, eliminates fragmented offerings, and ensures strong alignment between instruction, advising, and postsecondary outcomes.
