1. JOB PURPOSE

To be accountable for the complete process of handling large transactions, from planning and research through to execution and delivery of the deal.

To be responsible and accountable for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. To conduct data analysis on projects, refine them and drive the future allocation of the company’s capital resources.
2. To support in preparing the financial feasibility studies and financial modelling by using various valuation methodologies, where applicable.
3. To support strategic planning and decision-making on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures plans by providing market data to senior management for optimizing financial performance.
