Key Responsibilities Culinary Leadership & Strategy Define and execute the overall culinary strategy in alignment with Regent brand positioning and guest expectations Curate distinctive dining concepts across all outlets, ensuring innovation, authenticity, and market relevance Champion a culture of culinary excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement Pre-Opening & Concept Development Lead kitchen planning, design validation, and equipment selection in collaboration with project teams Develop pre-opening timelines for all culinary operations, including menu engineering and SOPs Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training of the culinary team to Regent luxury standards Operations Excellence Oversee all kitchen operations including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banqueting, and specialty outlets Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all culinary offerings at the highest level Implement robust food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards...
