Hiring: Cluster Chef – Asian Cuisine | Mumbai 🚨
We are hiring a Cluster Chef – Asian Cuisine for one of the leading hospitality brands in Mumbai.
Key Requirements:
✔ Strong expertise in Asian cuisine (Pan-Asian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, etc.)
✔ Prior experience with reputed fine dining restaurants is mandatory.
✔ Proven ability to manage kitchen operations, maintain food quality, drive menu innovation, and lead culinary teams across multiple outlets.
✔ Excellent leadership, operational, and cost-control skills.
💰 CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA (based on experience)
