Proven and stable career progression in culinary management.Experience working in Asia, preferably Hong Kong, with exposure to both Asian and Western cuisines.Strong culinary knowledge of Asian and Western food.Solid training background from 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or Michelin-level restaurants.Experience managing large kitchen operations with multiple outlets.Hands-on leader with strong operational management skills.Good business and financial awareness, with the ability to manage costs and performance.Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills with high standards of quality and discipline.
