Executive Chef – Global Luxury Hotel Kitchen Leader

Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations at the Greater Kuala Lumpur site. This full‑time, on‑site role oversees menu planning, food preparation, and presentation across restaurants, bars, banquets, and in‑room dining.

You will manage culinary staff, training, and performance while ensuring cost control, quality, and compliance with HACCP standards in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hotel environment.
