Executive Chef

We are a busy restaurant in El‑Ain and we are seeking a skilled Indian Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

• Plan and create menu items, taking into consideration food cost and availability
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to high standards
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create new dishes to add to the menu based on customer feedback and seasonal availability of ingredients
• Work closely with management to develop strategies for increasing restaurant profitability
