Executive - Carpark Operation

JOB SUMMARY

Supervises car park operations and ensures the excellence in quality of service to customers and others stake holder.

Main Accountabilities

• Assist Operation & Carpark Manager in monitoring car park performance and financial performance.
• Oversee the car park operations and ensure minimal disruption.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance service, either in-house or external service.
• Check staff attendance record, punctuality, report on any irregularities and monitor staff overtime claim.
• Monitor staff discipline matters.
• Prepare car park related report and verify the accuracy and ensure the consistency of the report.
• Monitor the handling cash float and prepaid ticket usage/QR code usage.
• Plan and deploy staff in managing car park traffic during the peak time.
