WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Support internal stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document process flows.Assist in developing and refining business cases for process improvement and automation initiatives under guidance from senior team members.Support the maintenance of an automation and improvement pipeline through gathering inputs, documenting ideas, and tracking progress.Conduct process documentation activities, including preparation of As-Is and To-Be workflows, and support basic quantification of expected benefits.Collaborate with development teams to support requirement documentation, testing, and deployment of solutions.Participate in workshops and discussions to gather requirements and support solution design activities.Prepare presentation materials, reports, and documentation to support communication with stakeholders.Coordinate with internal teams for i...
