• Engage at peer level with chairs, boards, and executive leadership on their most consequential strategic and governance questions.

• Work across our full Board Services portfolio, from board recruitment to board audits and evaluations.

• Lead board advisory and board search mandates, and bring senior judgement to the wider leadership advisory practice.

• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with chairs and boards, and grow your own portfolio of board‐level mandates.

• Originate and convert new mandates.
