- Detailed study of tender documents including technical specifications, eligibility criteria, scope of work, payment terms, contractual clauses, Tender sample preparation and commercial terms.
- Analyze technical weightage, evaluation criteria, qualifying parameters, and scoring methodology of tenders to improve bid competitiveness and compliance.
- Prepare and review technically compliant techno-commercial proposals for Utility across global.
- Prepare cost estimations, BOQ sheets, budgetary offers, technical compliance, deviation sheets, and commercial quotations as per tender requirements.
- Conduct technical & commercial risk assessment, scenario analysis, and identify gaps, deviations, and mitigation plans before bid submission.
- Provide timely inputs to Leadership team regarding technical compliance status, competition analysis, risk factors, commercial exposure, and bidding strategy for final price approval.
