Job Description
Executive Assistant to the CEO role with responsibilities to support the CEO and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in project management and special initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the executive team.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
