We are seeking highly organised and proactive individuals to part of a team of Executive/Personal Assistants (under the supervision of the Head of Chairman's Office) to provide comprehensive support to our executive Chairman.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and can maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments and meetings (both work and social events). Coordinating the logistics of the Chairman's meetings and his guests (booking of meeting rooms, arranging for catering, restaurant reservations, confirmation of guests' attendances etc) Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
