Executive Assistant, Occupier Strategy and Solutions, APAC
Join our Asia Pacific Headquarters based in Singapore, working with the Global Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions. The role supports the team’s dynamic and enthusiastic work culture, ensuring seamless operations and client service excellence.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the Global Head’s calendar for meetings and travel schedules.
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Prepare general correspondence and professional presentations/documents for meetings.
- Process business expense claims monthly.
- Support internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to arrange client events and provide logistics support.
- Work closely with relevant parties to keep all strategic reports and documentation up to date.
