Executive Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and commercially driven Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) to support the General Manager in leading key operational and revenue-generating departments, including Revenue Management, Front Office, and Wellness Spa.
The ideal candidate must be hands-on, guest-focused, revenue-driven, and capable of leading the resort towards international upscale service standards while preserving the resort’s unique identity, local character, and premium guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in the daily management of the resort.
Drive revenue performance, front office operations, wellness spa performance, guest satisfaction, service quality, and departmental discipline.
Lead the team with professionalism, urgency, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.
