EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We're a luxury real estate company based in South Goa, Goa, India, looking for a sharp, self-driven, and highly organised Executive Assistant to take complete ownership across our operations.

You will be a key decision-maker, the single point of contact across departments, and the person our Managing Partner and senior leadership rely on to keep things running every single day.

Gist of what you'll be doing:

🗂️ General Administration

Manage calls, emails, office supplies, utility payments, and a wide variety of one-off tasks from setting up internet connections to overseeing office interior projects.

👥 Human Resources

Handle end-to-end recruitment for office and maintenance staff, manage attendance and payroll inputs, and resolve grievances before they escalate.
