About the Role

The client is a residential and commercial finance broking firm working across mortgage broking, commercial lending, development finance, and equipment finance. We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Broker Support Officer to work directly alongside the Director and the broader team, helping run the day-to-day, keep the loan pipeline moving, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in the detail — the “1%” that most people overlook but that keeps clients happy and deals progressing. Attention to detail and taking the initiative are critical to this role.
