Responsibilities

• Process compensation transactions accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Prepare payment authorization forms (PAF) for payouts and perform journal voucher (JV) data entries.
• Validate compensation data and ensure compliance with approved guidelines.
• Assist in tax‑related processes, including calculation, deduction, and statutory compliance for agency payouts.
• Support BSC report generation and ensure data accuracy for performance tracking.
• Maintain organized records (hardcopy and softcopy) for compensation‑related activities.
